Travelling with us from the UK, your holiday is financially protected by our ATOL license 6059 – and if you’re travelling with us from anywhere else then you are covered under International Passenger Protection.
Peace of mind
We’re here to guide you through the COVID-19 procedures in place at airports, ferry terminals and other travel hubs, and we’ll make sure you have all the correct documentation to ensure your journey runs smoothly. We’ll also keep you up-to-date on any local social-distancing measures which might differ from those at home, and we can help with the practicalities of shopping for groceries and advance restaurant reservations.
Our partners and suppliers have always taken standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously. Upgraded housekeeping and hygiene measures are in place across all of our hotels and self-catering cottages, and all our staff have completed enhanced COVID-19 awareness training.
Our COVID-19 promise
If your holiday is possible but you can’t take it – for example, you are isolating due to Covid – then nowadays there are insurance policies that cover this scenario. We’ll help you out with all the documents necessary for you to make a claim. If your insurers won’t help then we will – we’ll reschedule your trip to an alternative time we agree with you and we’ll only ask you to cover the additional costs incurred. In practice this is usually only costs for moving your flights.
If UK or other Government travel advice prevents you from travelling, and your travel insurer won’t help, we will. We’ll reschedule your trip to an alternative time we agree with you, free of charge. In this scenario you are also entitled to a refund in full but we hope you’ll choose to reschedule to a future date. We’re very happy to say that most of our customers choose to reschedule.
