We like this resort style family-run accommodation as it’s suitable for couples, families and bigger groups and within walking distance from Cidade Velha, Cape Verde’s oldest settlement and former capital.

Located along the coast, you can either stay in an en-suite room with A/C, television, telephone, Wi-Fi and a stocked minibar, or if you’re travelling as a family or with a group, you may prefer to stay in one or two bedroom apartment.

There is a swimming pool and direct access to a swimming bay (salt water), which is safe and great for snorkelling. The hotel also has a gym and a beauty therapist. At the weekends, the hotel is popular with the locals, who come there to dine.
